  1. Take raw Tribulus Terrestris fruit, extract it with 10% ~ 90% ethanol, filter the extract, cool the filtrate, and place it for about 10 ~ 12 hours to remove the mucous, take the supernatant after high-speed centrifugation, recover the ethanol, concentrate it into dry extract, dissolve it into solution with water, and then pass through the macroporous adsorption resin column;
  2. After loading the column, wash with water until colorless, then wash with 10% ~ 30% ethanol until colorless, and then eluted with 50% ~ 95% ethanol, collect the eluent, recover the ethanol until no alcohol taste, that is, Tribulus terrestris extract.

      Method 2:

A method for preparing Tribulus terrestris extract with Tribulus terrestris saponins as the main component, including the following steps:

1) Take the raw materials of Tribulus tribulus, boil them in water for 0.5-2 hours, add vinegar to the water, bury them for 1-4 hours after cooking, and cool them naturally;

2) Add 5-8 times ethyl acetate to the soaked raw material, extract for 1-2 hours, filter to obtain the extraction solution;

3) The extraction solution was extracted, the pH was adjusted to neutral, concentrated under reduced pressure, and separated by polyamide chromatography column. The ratio of loading volume to polyamide was 1:5-1 ∶25, and the ratio of diameter to height of resin column was 1:4-1 ∶15. The impurities were eluted with 1-10 times column water and 5-10 times column volume 20%-40% ethanol solution, respectively. Then elution with 4-12 times the column volume of 40%-90% ethanol solution, collect 40%-90% ethanol wash solution, recover ethanol under pressure, and concentrate;

4) Adjust the pH to 4.0-6.0, extract 1-8 times the amount of tert-butylmethyl ether in solution, separate the organic layer by 2-6 times, recover the tert-butylmethyl ether under pressure, add 1-3 times the amount of silica gel, stir, and dry;

5) The stirred silica gel was added to the packed dry silica gel column with a diameter-to-height ratio of 1:4-1 ∶ 15. The eluent of 50% ethanol-tert-butyl methyl ether (4:6) to (6:4) was collected by gradient elution using 50% ethanol-tert-butyl methyl ether as eluent.

6) The eluent in the eluent is recovered under pressure to obtain the crude product;

7) Add 5-20 times 50% ethanol solution to dissolve, microwave vacuum drying, the product.
